Great minds think alike! My submission to the contest this week is called "Interrupt Me!" and it allows the user to send an SMS with either "call me at 9:35 message" or "sms at 10:40 message" where message is what should be said on the call or sent via SMS respectively.

Same here... I also submitted an app called "Call Me Back" (boring name compared to both of yours) which allows the user to send a message "Call me at 11:45 EST or 23:45 PST". The default timezone is EST and if the time has passed, it schedules it for the next day. I didn't think of adding the "SMS at" though.

I did something very different, but it looks like it hasn't been viewed yet (this is a good thing for me as the design is, at best, functional). I'll add some polish over the next day or so.

Yeah, I am surprised they haven't got around to testing these apps yet. A little disappointing.

Danielle Morrill

Hi everyone, sorry for the delay - we finished testing all the apps on Thursday so you should see activity in your call logs. If anything was broken to the point where we couldn't test, we've sent an email. We have selected a winner and met up with that person yesterday to shoot a quick video. We are going to announce *both* winners on Monday - and I promise NO delay on Monday, I've got some extra help with testing now.

Just so you know, all apps submitted for the first SMS contest are automatically entered into the 2nd week, so if you built something in the first week and you want to improve it you still have a little under 48 hours.
